Silver Bodies

Left in the ground after the SS burned the warehouses containing the belongings of those brought for extermination, these utensils were once held by Fathers and Mothers, Sons and Daughters, Aunts and Uncles, Cousins and Friends. They were used to nourish life. Now they lie here, a metaphor for the all the bodies broken and gassed and gone in smoke.
